We reached out to Larry to sell our home and boy did we luck out!! He was incredible informative and so helpful with all of our questions. Most importantly he was honest with us and really looked out for our best interest in the selling process. We listed our home and wound up selling it in 2 days!! Then, Larry helped us look for a new home. We would up in a community building new homes and ours was just a few months from being done. He helped the ENTIRE process when things were delayed he was a great resource to tell us when we needed to escalate our concerns and when our concerns were just part of the market/building process. He always got back with us same day, sometimes even in the evening when he should have been relaxing with the phone off! I can’t tell you how comfortable we were with him as he guided us through both selling and buying and never made any of our questions seem silly, and I loved how he wanted to check everything before we signed it. That really just shows someone who goes above and beyond - my last realtor experience was nothing like that. I am so happy that we found Larry and have made a friend for life!

Long Distance Buying!
Larry was one of several local agents who contacted me after they caught me looking at the current homes on the market.
